Shelley Art Deco Harmony Dripware Vase

This stunning dark orange and green waisted vase dates from the 1930s. It is 20 centimetres high and would hold a substantial bunch of flowers. Shelley was renowned for its art deco designs in the 1920s and 1930s and this piece epitomises late art deco for me - the colour and style are just perfect. I grabbed some flowers from my garden and put them in to give a sense of scale but with some skill it could be spectacular. There are two small scratches on one side of the vase but they don't detract. I've used magnification to show them up close.
