Vintage Rectangular Copper Planter with Brass Lion Ring Handles and Brass Lion Paw Feet

This stunning copper planter with lion faces holding the handles and lion paw feet has the look of a Victorian piece but I think it's more likely from the mid twentieth century as the copper isn't as thick as I'd expect from the Victorian era and it is stamped Made in England on the base. The lion faces and paws are well modelled. It has had some knocks and scrapes consistent with age and use but is nonetheless a really lovely piece. I put some herbs (five small pots) in it to give you an idea of how it would look in the kitchen. The herbs are not included.
